Making it as easy as it should be

When you tell someone about Pouch Self Storage or Pouch Records Management and they become our customers, we reward you for your referral.

Pouch Records Management:

Existing POUCH Records Clients:
When I refer a Friend or Business to POUCH Records Management, I receive a one time credit against my POUCH Records Account, equal to their 1st months storage paid (as shown on their invoice) up to a maximum of $300.00. (I must declare my referral to POUCH prior to contact by PRM for the referral to be valid)

Not a POUCH Records Client:
Even though I am not a Client of POUCH Records, POUCH will pay me a referral bonus equal to the New Clients 1st months storage paid (as shown on their invoice) up to a maximum of $300.00. (I must declare my referral to POUCH prior to contact by PRM for a referral to be valid)

Pouch Self Storage:

If your friend rents $150 monthly self storage space, you receive a one-time credit against your rent equal to 50% of the amount paid for the friend's first month's rent; in this case, $75. Your maximum reward credit is $300 with a minimum 3-month stay.

To receive your self storage reward:

1. The new customer must declare on the rental agreement at the time of rental by signing below that they were referred by you.
2. A completed referral form (this document) must be submitted to the facility manager at the time of rental.
3. Rewards will be verified by the corporate office and will be null and void if not verifiable.
4. Only one referral reward per new occupant. Rewards are rounded off to the nearest available increment.
5. If you are a Pouch renter, the referral award does not amend the terms of your rental agreement. All rent is due as contracted and delinquent when not paid in full. Non payment of rent in anticipation of a referral award will cause assessment of late charges.
6. Lost or misplaced rewards cannot be replaced.
