Pouch Self Storage agrees to provide First Class customer service while you store with us.

If we do not live up to the terms of your rental agreement while you are an occupant at one of our self-storage facilities, Pouch agrees to provide you with up to 1 month free rent at your storage facility. The incident must be reported to the facility manager when it occurred or is first discovered. The Property Manager and Facility Manager will investigate the claim.
 
When free rent credits are given it must be confirmed in writing by the Property Manager before being applied to your individual storage unit account towards future rent due.
 
This guarantee only applies to occupants in good standing whose rents and other charges are current and paid in full.
