Pouch Self Storage Rental Terms

To Reserve your Pouch Self Storage Unit:
• Reserve a specific Storage Unit by paying a $25.00 non-refundable deposit.
• This Storage Unit is held for a maximum of 10 days.
• If the Storage Unit is not rented within 10 days your deposit is forfeited.
• When you rent the storage unit within 10-day period the $25.00 deposit is applied to the rental charges due.
• Find a Storage Location near you then call or Email your local Self Storage office for Professional assistance.

Month to Month Rental:

• Storage Units are rented on a Month-to-Month basis only.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the Month to Month rental with 10-days advance notice of termination

Late Payment of Rent:

• You have a grace period of 10-days to pay your rent.

• Rent not paid within this 10-day period, incurs a late charge

• You are subject to a Claim of Lien when Rent is unpaid for 14 days.

Change of Address:

• Notify us in writing when you change your mailing address (relocate)

• We must always be able to contact you in writing
