Dear Valued Pouch Self Storage Customers,
In response to the Coronavirus outbreak and the resulting mandates from state and federal authorities, Pouch Self Storage Centers is closely monitoring developments and abiding by C.D.C., state and county guidelines, as well as implementing social distancing.
The Centers for Disease Control has recommended the use of face masks to help slow the spread of COVID-19. To that end, Pouch Self-Storage has adopted a policy of requiring all customers who will be indoors at any Pouch Self-Storage facility to wear a mask/face-covering in accordance with C.D.C. guidelines. Customers who will be entirely outside will not be required to be masked. We realize mask requirements vary from county to county, so for consistency’s sake, and for the protection of our employees and customers, the masking policy will go into effect immediately. At Pouch Self Storage Centers, we put the health of our customers and employees at the top of our priorities. We have provided guidelines to our team members and asked them to follow C.D.C. protocols, enhance cleaning of high-risk touch areas to reduce the risk of transmission of the virus, refrain from making any physical contact with customers, limiting the number of customers in the office, and to maintain the recommended six-foot distance from person to person. We continue to welcome you to Pouch and will make every effort to keep our properties operating as usual. We are currently maintaining regular office and access hours at our locations.
