I have rented storage space at this facility for many years.
The staff, including Brandy, Don and Gilbert are very professional, friendly, thorough and they address any issues immediately. Not that any issues ever arise.
The facility itself is kept in "brand new" condition. It is always freshly painted and kept spotlessly clean. Even the sub contractors that come in to do maintenance and repair work are courteous and quick to clear the way for tenants.
Pouche Storage is the ONLY place to rent storage space in my opinion. Security is never an issue and there is never a problem with pests. I know people who rent with other companies that have had bedbugs invade their units and moths eat their clothes. None of this has ever been an issue at Pouche. They really are great people running a top notch facility. Thank you all.
